This 3-bedroom, 1-bath home offers a dock, inviting outdoor space, and a generous yard--perfect for enjoying lake life, entertaining family and friends, and creating lasting memories by the water.Since purchasing the property in 2019, the sellers have made numerous updates and improvements throughout the home, enhancing its comfort, functionality, and appeal. Improvements include replacement windows throughout, a remodeled bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a remodeled sunroom converted into a four-season room. The two upstairs bedrooms, originally open balcony areas, were enclosed to provide added privacy and create more functional bedroom spaces. The kitchen and living area were also refreshed with new paint. Additional updates include stainless-steel kitchen appliances, solid-surface countertops, an owned whole-house water filtration system and water softener, a new washer and dryer, and a 10' x 20' storage shed offering plenty of room for lake toys, outdoor equipment, and recreational gear. The deck has also been freshly stained. These improvements reflect the investment made by the current owners and offer the next owner the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of these updates while embracing the lake lifestyle. The outdoor possibilities are endless! Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, spend sunny afternoons boating and exploring the nine connected lakes, or unwind in the yard as the sun sets over the water. With approximately 175 feet of lake frontage and a dock, this property offers an opportunity to enjoy everything an all-sports lake has to offer, right outside your door.
