702 Fenimore Avenue, Kalamazoo, Michigan

About 702 Fenimore Avenue

This craftsman bungalow makes a strong first impression, and the inside lives up to it. The exterior has a tasteful new paint job, and the interior has brand new flooring and fresh paint throughout, along with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The mechanicals and windows have also been updated, so the expensive items are already taken care of. The layout works better than you'd expect for 852 square feet. The primary bedroom is a good size and sits at the back of the house, away from the street and the main living area, which gives it real privacy. The other two bedrooms work well as guest rooms or a home office. The kitchen comes with newer appliances, and the mudroom right off it gives you a spot to drop coats, shoes, and bags so they don't pile up in the house. Out back, the yard is fully fenced, so you can let the dog out or relax outside with some privacy. Downstairs, the large unfinished basement holds the laundry and has plenty of room for storage.
