About Sue
As I sit down to write this introduction, I ask myself what I would want to know about the person with whom I plan to do business with? For many, you are relying on me to handle one of your greatest assets - your home. I would demand integrity, experience, and reliability and that is what I will bring to the table.
I grew up in the cities, but the "Brainerd Lakes Area" has always been my family's vacation destination. We had a cabin on Lake Ada in the Backus/Pine River area since 1972. Before the purchase of the cabin, my family camped in many campgrounds across the area. I have a rich family history and connection to this beautiful area.
I moved full time to this beautiful area in 1990. I live on Lake O'Brien in Crosslake with my husband who also has had a family cabin on the lake since 1974. His father and 2 siblings have homes on Lake O'Brien. Within our blended family we have 5 grown children, and 9 grandchildren. Three of the families live and work in the area, the other 2 families visit as much as possible.
I have been in the real estate business in the lakes area for over 24 years. I bring knowledge of the area and a clear understanding of the business. My focus is my clients. My job is to understand your interests and goals as a seller, and to strive to get top dollar for your property while keeping the process smooth and on track. I live and work by the "Golden Rule". If you are a buyer working with me, you will see my dedication to you, your family, and your goals. There are transition times in all our lives and my understanding and knowledge of these transition periods can benefit you greatly.
