About Steve
I have lived in the Northwest Wisconsin area since 1978, I graduated from Rice Lake High School in 1979 and received my business degree from UW Eau Claire. Throughout College I had my own lawncare and pruning business and I worked with UPS where I worked my way through the company and became a pre-load manager from 1984 to 1989. I then transitioned to a business owner where I owned and operated a restaurant and photo shop/portrait studio in the local mall. I sold the restaurant and bought a floral shop/garden center and moved the photo studio into it. After operating the floral shop for 5 years I sold that and moved into the real estate field in 1999.
In 1990 my son Austin was born and in 1995 my daughter Kylie was born. I very much enjoyed their active lifestyle involvement in several different sports. We love the outdoors and all four seasons in Northwest Wisconsin, from summer golf and boating to winter ice fishing, snowmobiling and downhill skiing.
In 2017 I married my wife Michelle. We love to spend time at the lake, travel, golf in the summer and curl in the winter.
My 24-year career in real estate has been very satisfying. I am fortunate to have the experience and specialize in all aspects of the real estate industry, from land sales, waterfront property, single family homes, multifamily properties and business sales.
My favorite part in real estate is to see my sellers completely satisfied with a seamless transaction and my buyers very satisfied with their property purchase. One of my most satisfying accomplishments was receiving the "Golden Rule Award" from my peers.
