About Josh
Josh was born and raised in Park Rapids and grew up on the north side of Fishhook Lake. Josh graduated from Park Rapids High School and then went on to Business School in Bemidji, MN. After moving back to the Park Rapids area a few years later, Josh took a position as a Production Supervisor at Team Industries in Park Rapids and had the privilege of running the Automation Department. Eventually Josh needed a change and decided on a career in real estate. Josh started at Park Rapids Real Estate owned by his father Greg approximately 15 years ago. In 2017 Josh joined the LakePlace.com Real Estate Company (now The Dane Arthur Agency) and has enjoyed the unparalleled internet exposure they provide him and his clients. Josh has two children and three grandchildren that visit often and spend time at the family cabin on Fishhook Lake. One of the things Josh looks forward to most is spending time with his grandchildren.
