About Jeff
I am Jeffrey Iverson and I live in Birchwood, Wisconsin along with my wife Penny. I was born and raised in Minnesota and graduated from Stillwater High School in 1965. I attended Concordia College in Moorhead and the University of Minnesota - Minneapolis where I graduated and received my degree in 1983. I met my wife Penny while in high school and we were married in 1967. Penny is a graduate of Bethesda School of Nursing. We celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary in August this year. We have three children.
After graduating from college, I moved my family to Arizona where I began my real estate career. I eventually moved our family to Wisconsin in 1991. I purchased the Printing Post and continued operations until I sold the business in 2007. I had a brief time in the hospitality business when I managed a Super 8. I returned to real estate business in 2013. I specialize in residential/recreational home and lot sales. I have achieved million dollar and multimillion dollar sales year after year. I am proud to be a Realtor and licensed Real Estate Broker Associate with Lakeplace.com, a fabulous company.
The many years as a Realtor are the most personally rewarding for me. I especially enjoy working with buyers and sellers who place their trust in me to help them make their crucial real estate decisions. I have met so many wonderful people. I attribute my many years of outstanding success as real estate professional to listening closely to what the buyers or sellers want to achieve and I help them along the way.
I donate a portion of my real estate commissions to 4th H.O.O.A.H. WI, a Veterans organization dedicated to helping Veterans.
I have held several volunteer positions throughout my adult life. A few are as follows:
- President of the congregation at Epiphany Lutheran Church in Apache Junction, AZ.
- President of the congregation at Trinity Lutheran Church in Birchwood, WI.
- I was instrumental in the formation of the Birchwood Area Chamber of Commerce and served on the Board of Directors until 2007.
- I served on the Board of Directors of Loch Lomond Beach Club.
- I served as member of the Red Cedar Lakes Association Board of Directors.
