Following a natural trajectory, the company rebranded from LakePlace.com to The Dane Arthur Real Estate Agency in January 2023. As The Dane Arthur Agency, the brokerage is able to maintain its boutique size and status while being in a much better position to serve all of its clients at the highest level. Over the years - residential sales, farm sales and commercial sales became a much larger part of LakePlace.com's business, and the rebrand to Dane Arthur (a play on the founders' middle names) encompasses and celebrates that.
When he's not steering Dane Arthur Real Estate Agency to new heights, Cameron can often be found exploring the serene landscapes of Minnesota and Wisconsin's lakes with his wife Janice and son's Rancell and Jalen, embodying the very essence of the company he helped create.
