About Donnie
Born and raised in Shell Lake, WI in the middle of Northwest Wisconsin's premier vacation and lake area, Donnie Marker still resides in the area with his wife and 2 kids and is an enthusiastic and ambitious community member who is highly regarded by local residents, lake property and business owners.
After graduating from University of Wisconsin River Falls, Donnie was a successful home builder for many years before he joined the real estate industry in 2017. What an enjoyable journey it has been for him who now consistently ranks in the top 10 producing realtors in sale volume out of approximately 1,138 realtors located in NW Wisconsin. Giving him a huge advantage, Donnie uses his many resources from his past occupation to help his closings over the finish line.
Donnie humbly feels very fortunate and blessed to be one of the top selling agents in this region. Donnie has out-sold all agents in Washburn County by at least 2 to 1 for the past four years and is in the top 1% of all Wisconsin realtors in overall sales production. Donnie contributes this success to his first-hand experience and in depth knowledge of his market and of the lakes in the area from Shell Lake through Rice Lake, up to Hayward and over to Danbury.
